Joining a Small Group is a great way to grow at BridgeWay. We have a number of men's, women's, and mixed gender groups that meet almost every night of the week.
Why Small Groups?
God made us for community. We are at our best when we are doing life in community. We created small groups to do life together, seek God and serve.

How long do group last?
Some groups meet for a few months and others for several years. There is no set timeline for how long a group continues to meet. Our goal is that groups help form healthy relationships with others and God.
How many people are in a small group at Bridgeway?
The goal is for a group to have around 6 couples or 12 people. Although, some groups will be bigger or smaller.
How are groups formed?
We form groups based on similarities in age and stage of life. We then launch these groups at Groups Start-Up each fall and winter.
Who leads the group?
We want our leaders to be seasoned followers of Jesus Christ. Leaders do not need a seminary degree or formal training. We desire them to be humble and teachable. We will provide training and resources for leaders throughout the year.
When and where do groups meet?
Small groups meet in homes and other local businesses on the day that works best for the group. There are some on-campus groups that meet a BridgeWay. Groups typically meet weekly or every other week.
How do I join a group?
You can sign up for Group Start-Up online or fill out a sign up form at BridgeWay. We will connect you with a group!
What do groups study/discuss?
We provide a sermon discussion guide that many group use. There are also a variety of bible study resources available to small group leaders. Contact the small groups pastor for more information.
Childcare for Small Groups
One of the biggest challenges many groups face is how to navigate childcare for their group meetings. BridgeWay has a set of policies to help groups think through these discussions. More information can be found here:
