How can you encourage others to get to know what you’ve found in groups? As others become part of the church let’s provide them an opportunity to grow in a group! New groups start January 25 at 12 pm.

“Silencing Self Doubt”
LIFE: What are you looking forward to in this season?
ENGAGE THE MESSAGE:
- Read Judges 6:1-4, 11-18.
- What are some insecurities that people might have? What are some that you’ve dealt with?
- Have you settled into any bad thoughts and “learned to be helpless”?
- In these verses what do you notice about the people?
- What does God see in Gideon in these verses? Does Gideon see himself that way yet?
- What triggers in your life lead to self-doubt?
- Which voice is loudest in your mind?
- How does God see us? How does that help combat self-doubt?
- Challenge: At the end of your day, pray it backward through each event of the day.
- God doesn’t need us to be strong; He needs us to be available. Are you available? Thank God for His strength!
MAKE DISCIPLES: How can you share the story of Gideon and others in the Bible to encourage others?
