THE STORY OF REALITY:
How does Christianity make sense of evil, human dignity, and hope in a world that often feels broken? This 3-session interactive class based on the book, “The Story of Reality” explores how the Christian story explains the world as it really is – and why hope still prevails. Classes will be March 16, 23 and 30 from 6:30p-7:45p. (Stay after and discuss with your group if you’d like!)

ENGAGE THE MESSAGE:
- Read 1 John 4:7-8.
- What is the difference between our love for food and love for a person?
- How do you know someone loves you?
- How do we know God loves us? How has He shown this to us?
- Why is believing you’re unloved an attack on the nature of God?
- What is the purpose of love without God?
- Compare and contrast love being who God is vs. love being what God does. How does verse 8 affect our understanding of this?
- What’s the difference between knowing God loves you and experiencing God’s love?In what ways have you experienced God’s love personally?
